Warren Radler
The former chairman and senior trial partner of a large national law firm, Radler has litigated hundreds of cases across the country. His cases have ranged from antitrust to toxic tort, and he has taken many cases to verdict for both plaintiffs and defendants. He combines his practical experience with a direct, "how-to-do-it" coaching style.

M.J. Tocci
A 16-year veteran of the Alameda County District Attorney's Office (Oakland, CA), Tocci litigated both homicide cases and — as the head of the office's Major Fraud Unit — complex white-collar crimes. California Magazine named Tocci "one of California's most effective prosecutors." An award-winning teacher, as well, Tocci has taught evidence and trial advocacy in law schools for more than 15 years, and has directed and developed a number of training programs for NITA across the country, concentrating recently on programs addressing issues of gender in advocacy and negotiations.
